What you will be doing
As a Summer 2025 Intern in Product Design at Poppiq, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced design team and contribute to shaping the future of our product. Your role will include:
- Collaborating with senior designers and product management to understand the core design challenges and contribute to the overall product vision.
- Participating in user experience research and design activities, including user testing, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Assisting in creating and maintaining design assets, style guides, and documentation to ensure design consistency.
- Taking part in brainstorming sessions and design critiques to enhance your skills and share your fresh insights.
- Working on projects that have a direct impact on the user experience and our product’s success.
What you should have
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Must be graduating in December 2025 or later.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your proficiency in various design aspects, such as wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- A passion for learning and an eagerness to collaborate with your team to make a difference.
- Self-awareness regarding your design strengths and areas for growth, along with a strong desire to enhance your skills.
- Experience working in diverse, dynamic teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
Preferred candidates are currently pursuing a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in design-related fields. Programs in fields such as user experience design, interaction design, graphic design, or any program with an applied design component are preferred.
Experience with various design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard design software.
A willingness to adapt to new design methodologies and tools and stay updated on the latest design trends.
